Cancellation & Booking Policy

Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule their appointment and transfer their booking fee.

When less than 48 hours' notice is provided:

• The original booking fee is forfeited.
• A new CA$25 booking fee is required to secure another appointment.

If a client cancels an appointment, the CA$25 booking fee is non-refundable.

Where the client provides at least 48 hours' notice and wishes to reschedule rather than cancel completely, the booking fee may be transferred once to the new appointment.

Clients should arrive on time so that the full service can be completed without affecting other appointments.

Late arrival may result in:

• A shortened or adjusted service.
• Removal of optional add-ons.
• Rescheduling when the booked service can no longer be completed safely or properly.

Clients who arrive significantly late may have their appointment cancelled or rescheduled at our discretion. If the appointment cannot proceed because of the late arrival, the booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required.

Note: there is no guaranteed grace period. Please plan to arrive on time.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show. The booking fee will be forfeited, and a new CA$25 booking fee will be required before another appointment can be confirmed.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require additional payment before future appointments are accepted.

If Textured by Reeglam must cancel or reschedule an appointment, the client may choose to:

• Transfer the full booking fee to a new appointment, or
• Receive a refund of the booking fee.

Genuine emergencies may be considered individually. Any exception remains at the discretion of Textured by Reeglam and does not automatically change the general policy.
