Cornrow & Twist Preparation
Cornrow and twist services may be booked without a Wash Day Experience. Hair must arrive clean, fully detangled, product-free and properly stretched. If the hair requires cleansing, extensive detangling or additional preparation, the service may need to be adjusted, upgraded or rescheduled.
Protective Style Takedown
Gentle removal of an existing protective style in preparation for a hair-care service. Starts from CA$20. Pricing is based on the style type, number of sections and time required. Takedown is not included in the Signature Wash Day Experience and must be selected separately. Extensive detangling or matting removal may attract an additional fee.
Young Clients
Young clients receive the same professional products, gentle handling and personalised care as every other client. Pricing reflects the service, hair length, density, condition and time required — not age. Length, density and takedown fees may still apply where applicable.
